Agility Nuts Data Controllers and our responsibilities
Agility Nuts is responsible for, and is the Data Controller of, the personal information it receives from you through the Agility Nuts website.
How do we collect your personal information?
When you submit complete an online form on the Agility Nuts website, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This enables us to contact you regarding the contents of the submitted form.
Please help us to keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes to your contact details.
How might we use your personal information?
Your personal information is an important part of our service. We use a third-party companies, First Place Processing and Longhedge Show Processing, to handle online entries and to process all entries submitted by post. By entering our shows you are consenting to us passing your details on to First Place Processing to enable you to be entered in shows. We also use your details to allow us to contact you with any queries and send out vital show and training updates (cancellation, etc).
Your details are used solely for contacting you regarding the running of these shows and the roles which you have offered to fulfill in them.
How do you get my consent?
When you submit a form on our website it is implicit that you are consenting to us retaining your details to enable us to contact you regarding the information obtained in the submitted form.
If we or our clients ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent during the show entry process.
How do I withdraw my consent?
You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at email@example.com or mailing us at Agility Nuts, Longhedge House, Thoroton, NG13 9DS.
Use of third parties
We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your personal details may be shared with any company we use to process entries for Dog Vegas shows, namely First Place Processing and Longhedge Show Processing. They have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your entries. We recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by them.
How do we keep your personal information safe?
None of your personal information is stored on the Agility Nuts website. All data on databases relevant to the running the shows or training classes is password protected.
How long do we keep your personal information for?
We retain your information only as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we obtained it and any other permitted linked purposes.
How to change your privacy preferences
You can change your preferences, or withdraw your consent in relation to how Agility Nuts uses your personal information by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Agility Nuts, Longhedge House, Thoroton, NG13 9DS.
